Topics discussed: Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Unpaid Work Time: Detention, Meal and Rest Break Legislation and Litigation Misclassification of Truck Drivers Trucking School Fraud Truck Driver Whistleblower STAA Refusal to Drive Protections & Remedies
The issue of sexual harassment is just one of the issues affecting truck drivers that were discussed.
